Clone Library

  1. To create an exact copy (or clone) of a library, you can either:
    • go the LIbrary you wish to copy. On the Administration tab, select Clone Site in the Library Management section of the menu, or
    • go to the Administration tab of any site on the Server: select Library Explorer, then the Library you wish to copy and on the right select Clone Library.
  2. The Clone Library page is displayed.

  3. On the Clone Library page, enter the name for the new Library and click Create Library (the new library name must be unique and can only consist of letters, numbers and spaces).

A complete copy of the library is created, including all sites within that library and all maps used by that library.
